Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We accept a return or exchange when an item is:
To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its tags and original packaging intact, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and clear photos of the item. We’ll confirm whether it qualifies and guide you through the next step.
Once a return is approved, or if an order was paid for but could not be fulfilled, we refund by bank transfer to the account you provide. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval (or of us receiving the returned item).
